Celebrate World Plumbing Day - Put all your bets on PHCCLA!


The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Louisiana (PHCCLA) invites you to participate as an exhibitor at the 2019 PHCCLA Annual Convention and Trade Show at Sam's Town in Shreveport, LA! This  annual event has provided an important venue for interaction between plumbing-heating-cooling contractors, PHCCLA members, and other industry professionals. Contractors, Master Plumbers and Journeymen Plumbers come to view the latest products, services and trends in the ever-changing plumbing-heating-cooling profession.


Back again this year!  Gas Fitters and Master Gas Fitters will also be attending the continuing education—broadening our reach in the industry, and your prospective customers!


We have an opening reception, as well as designated exhibit times without conflicting programs to allow you focused time with  attendees! Attendees will have incentives to visit each vendor with door prizes to be drawn during the last thirty minutes of exhibiting time.  This trade show format provides exhibitors a concentrated time to spend with attendees and to maximize networking opportunities.

Registration fees

Exhibit Booth Registration $695-$895

The exhibitor fee does not include electricity, if you require electricity it is a separate cost and will be available through Gumbeaux Productions.  Packets will be distributed from Gumbeaux Productions with all available services.

Additional Exhibitor Personnel Passes $75/each

Poker Tournament Admission $50/player


The exhibitor registration fee includes TWO exhibitor personnel pass, access to all convention functions (except golf) and company recognition in the convention program. Additional  exhibitor personnel passes may be purchased and will include access to all convention functions (except golf).


Booth Information

Booths are 8'x10', 10’x10’, or 10'x20' based on your sponsorship package and booth selection. Booths area formed with back and side drapes. Each booth includes one 2’x6’ skirted table and two chairs.


Booth reservations can only be guaranteed once payment has been received.
