Success as a p-h-c contractor depends on a legal and regulatory environment that supports your business. LAPHCC’s pro-active legislative and regulatory initiatives are relentless in keeping state and local laws conducive to your success. The association depends on its members to provide their perspective on proposed legislation and regulations.
